Gardner Street Surgery

The surgery receptionist are lovely helpful and kind always in this surgery and Dr's are very helpful and always polite and very professional in every way which ever Dr you see they will help you in anyway they can ive never had a problem here always had help and they have in my opinion went above and beyond always polite and very kind towards me anyway thats just my experience but I think you get back what you put out great surgery and lovely staff been coming to this surgery for yrs now

Dr very dismissive of issues, huffing and chuffing when talking to me, seemed reluctant to offer any tests, medication or even advice, like I was a neusance to her for having illnesses. had to all but beg for tests to be carried out for my headaches. Nurse is okay though

I have been visiting Gardner Street Surgery for a few years. The doctors are very supportive and provide excellent care and advice. The triage system means you can get an appointment for anything serious. But even better is when the doctors consult with you on the phone and leave a prescription with the nearby pharmacy - it's a godsend for anyone working full time! I find the reception staff to do their jobs very well. On one occasion I asked if there was an empty room where I could breastfeed. All the rooms were full, so they found a wee spot for me in their staff area. So accommodating!
