Shaftesbury Medical Practice

This surgery to be honest is a place where you should take your solicitor with you for arguments to satisfy the receptionist at first hand to even get your appointment to see a doctor. Then the doctor to satisfy that you are suffering from something and to get a prescription. The doctor isnt even seems a doctor rather an investigator to me from my experience with this surgery for more than 3 years. I dont how people are scoring this surgery a better reviews if these people are getting better services than others ie than me then definitely this place is dealing patients and people visiting with discrimination.

This medical practice is a very very bad place they don't look after ur health and the front desk people tell u things that are very wrong the manager aswell rude !. People at the front desk can't do there job right at all making up lies forcing people to wear masks when there people out there who can't wear them if any body goes here make sure u have a camera to recorded everything ... We even had to take this place to the Glasgow court !!!!!

(Just to confirm, the previous two bad reviews are from the one person, being the only one to review them negatively) The staff and doctor here are amazing, I have no clue why the reviews here are so low. Me, my family and extended family have gone here for years with no issues to speak of. They are friendly and supportive, rarely even had an appointment start late. The doctors and staff even attended my grandfathers funeral when he passed because he had been a long time patient. I have also had perscriptions sent directly to the local Pharmacy from there also without issue.

beware of any sudden, new and very positive reviews after 20 years of 0 reviews on Google, if all of a sudden someone posts an honest 0 star review then out of the blue 5 star reviews come flooding in to change the stats, beware. If the patients that attended in the last 20 years had been happy, they would have posted good reviews. Go to another surgery people, stay alive.

You will be fighting a brutally difficult uphill battle tying to convince these doctors that there is even anything wrong with you. If through sheer will you succeed you will then have to kick and scream to get them to do anything about it, even if it is something as simple as making a referral. Seriously, even with something as serious as a heart issue it will fall on deaf ears. I had to pay 400 to see a private cardiologist at the Nuffield because I was so scared for my heart. They will also make you pick up in person prescriptions that other doctors are happy to send directly to the pharmacy. Waiting times are abysmal even when the doctors are alone in their offices and you are the only patient waiting to be seen. Please steer clear.
