        The review from James Hewitt is a bit patronising and uncalled for and seems to gloss over the glaring issues the practice have had for years. The waiting times have absolutely nothing to do with covid, or anything to do with any telephone issues - they have had these issues with being unable to answer the phones, with receptionists being rude and unhelpful, for years if not in fact decades and they haven't changed since the 90s when I first started going to this practice. It is also most certainly not "easy" to get through to them and make an appointment early in the morning. If you are deciding on which practice to register with, please reconsider registering with Govanhill Health Centre. Trust me on this and please take any 5 star review of this place with a pinch of salt. I have registered with a new surgery and I can very confidently say that surgery has been much better with my care than Govanhill.
