Shambles . Can't get through. As a patient you have to call for Appt at 08:30 but it rings on and on. Finally gave up at 08:58. Still never met the doctor and we joined in 2020.

Everytime I call, I Never get through to Anyone, the reception staff should be to find other jobs as they don't care for the job they have, no answers, no help, just "call back tomorrow before 9" that does not help when you've tried it and not get through. Practice should be shut or reception staff need to be told to move on. Very unprofessional staff, as the few times that I have been waiting for an appointment, I can see the reception just let the phone ring on and don't care for it. Finally time to change GP, I recommend anyone but this "medical practice", no ethics or morals.

Fantastic medical practice in the southside that is friendly, attentive and helpful. Reception always do their best to try and sort things even if patients are tight for time etc. Doctors here are really nice and when anything that has needing checked has always been done really thoroughly. Looking at some of the other negative reviews, some of them are not even for this practice and in fact are talking about other Local GP surgeries! Personally, me and my family feel well looked after. Keep up the good work and thank you!
