The surgery were incredibly supportive in helping to care for my Mum as she received end of life care. I have only positive things to say about my experiences with the receptionists and the GPs. I feel listened to and have found the Drs to be kind and responsive to my health concerns.

Absolutely useless, avoid Dr Leslie at all costs. He thinks everything is a virus. Ive had a few appointments with him over the years. Always have to go back to get an appointment with another doctor who gives an accurate diagnosis.

I only joined in March this year and I'm appalled by the treatment by the receptionist, who was nothing but rude, was told to call on Wed to see if i was registered, which I did, the receptionist was so rude and did not let me speak when I was trying to speak, I was going to call on Monday to complain to the practice manager, but I didn't, few days later I started to loose my voice I was by Dr Leslie who give me spray for my throat and told me to rest my voice, but I complained that my ribs was hurting and how I suffer from asthma, he checked my chest and I was wheezing very badly instead he give me increase dosage of fostair 200 micrograms and ventolin I waited for 5 days as I was told to rest up for 5 days I went worse I went back to the surgery and was seen by a lady doctor, who was lovely and given me antibiotics and steroid tablets, I was referred to the asthma nurse, after taking the antibiotics I felt the infection was still there as my ear was blocked and was getting shooting pain down my neck the nurse checked my ears and say it was wax, a d told tontake pain killers, I had to wait for a month to get my ear syringe, checked in with a private one and they advise me i hardly have any wax and cleared whatever is left, and charged me only 40 for both, he did advised my right ear was red he advised to go back to the doctors, the pain on the neck stopped, but I end up coughing quite alot and getting sore shoulders on the left even though I have been taking inhalers as instructed by the nurse, one of my friend was concerned and advised to phone in as my appointment was too long to wait, I called and receptionist was so rude I asked if there is an earlier date before the 9th and receptionist said straight no even though I explained my condition, and I said thats weird and the reception said it's not weird we only have 1 nurse, I complained to the practice manager who advised to write to them or leave the surgery after that comment I left less than 2 month's, I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them
