Drs Ghaus & Khouly Practice

Fantastic service from start to finish. Took a while to get through on the phone as they use a queuing system. But got an appointment when suited ne and Doctor couldn't gave been nicer. Feeling much better now.

I was on hold for 26 minutes waiting to book an appointment. Eventually the receptionist answered the phone and said hello. I replied back 'hello can you hear me?' and she already hung up. She had been on call with me for all of 3 seconds. She didn't even try.

The 5 stars are purely for the doctors and the care they provide. Receptionists seem disgruntled and snappy but thats not who the review is for.

For such a busy surgery that covers thousands of patients/works under immense pressure: they do an amazing job. The GPs seem to actually care about their patients, & if it werent for Dr Khouley, & his colleagues; Id still be undiagnosed/un(der)treated for my conditions. And Id also likely have been unable to work. I believe some of these reviews are for the health Centre as a whole. However- there are numerous surgeries & outpatient facilities within the building as a whole. I also appreciate that the practice offers appointments outwith the usual 9-5 hours, which is convenient for patients like myself who work unsociable hours :)

It's such a shame that the doctors of this practice go out their way to help you and follow up on your medical issues, even arranging call backs with you to see how you are getting on with adjusted medicine etc, but the receptionists are so rude and unhelpful and go out their way to avoid helping you. The ability to get an appointment has improved since the queueing system was introduced (if you are calling first thing in the morning), but it didn't help with the attitude of the receptionists if you are calling about any other matter!
