I thought this place actually got better but how wrong until today. Called for emergence appointment not one till next Tuesday. Forced to call NHS 24 after assessment they send a report to GP advised my GP has a duty to see me and they advised to speak to lead clinician. Call Docs and met with an obnoxious receptionist guy and tried to explain. He said not seeing any lead clinician and he had no clue about nhs 24 so basically nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting Badly managed run practive and some very rude staff

10:30 appointment, still waiting at 11:10. How can they be running sooo late this early???

My son had been having headache for three weeks,call many times during this time and was told they would get doctor to call me back ,after the three weeks and been seen three time was finally sent to hospital with him only to find out my son had a clot in the brain and needed a lumber puncher asp.he then went on to have a six month period in hospital,. I had a doctor call me after my son had been told that he had a clot in the drain to apologize, she did not think it was that bad ,, during this time I nearly loss my son during this time from a heart attack because of all the medicine he was on ..if he had been sent to the hospital sooner all this might not have happened..I am still angry with this practice.

Been here my whole life without a problem until the past 2 years. All the original receptionist quit around the same time and the new ones are absolutely shocking especially Lauren. Screaming and shouting at me this morning when I was on my knees with my poor mental health and then he hung up on me!!! Went down to collect my stuff (that Lauren assured me u wouldn't be getting) Lauren and the obese female continued to shout at me with Lauren being especially passive aggressive. I'm really glad he reminded me that the calls were recorded cz I forgot I record all calls too. Honestly still in shock at my treatment. Complaint raised although I'm not holding my breath. A simple call this morning for support left me on the brink of being suicidal.

RUDE, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE RECEPTIONISTS! especially Lauren!! Poorly managed practice, they dont tolerate abuse but are quite happy to be abusive! Never any appointments, Im chronically ill on the waiting list for multiple organs, I needed urgent bloods she claims they dont have ANY appointments. I had to call my consultant to arrange bloods as you can imagine they werent happy! They need to get rid of all the rude female receptionists who think they are qualified gps. Avoid at all cost Worst decision made on my part! She has caused me so much stress and anxiety! Ive made a complaint to the ombudsman they just need to read all the glowing reviews. Seriously disgusted with this practice Im changing practice but most gp receptionists are stuck and rude
