I have just joined this practice, from my doctors. Absolutely excellent service. I called the reception for a Doctor appointment. Doctor McCall called back later, and I had a telephone call with her. Excellent help and understanding and gave me optimism going forward. Medication arrived next day in my pharmacy. All in all great service, and and many thanks.

The GP are nice but the staff, so rude and antipath. I called and asked to talk with my GP about an urgent matter. Instead, and after a long conversation where the receptionist made every effort to dismiss me, I was just offered by her to "(physically) come and collect" my diagnosis email about my *broken leg*. When I explained her that I can barely walk at home, let alone come to the clinic, and have no one to collect it for me, she started yelling at me that if I won't stop yelling at her (I wasn't, in the matter of fact I was close to tears) she will terminate the call. She eventually, only after I asked to talk to her supervisor several times, suggested an alternative solution which required one tiny step of effort from her -send it by post. This is not the first time she's been so rude, btw. I am honestly shocked they are hiring such a bully to treat like this sick and injured people who need assistance the most. Edit, after seeing the reply from owner below: I contacted the practice and complained before posting this review, prior to the owner's reply. Oddly enough, they didn't bother to check before replying - or they could have seen my complaint under this name. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a reply to my complaint from one of the GP's practitioners, after my complaint message reached the same person I complained about. Meanwhile, the receptionist refused to send me a sick note (broken leg) and forced me to *physically* come over (?!?) or find someone to do that for me (when you are new in this country, injured, with no one to ask, that's a huge, stressful issue). Don't get confused with their "online system". I tried to use it numerous times for over 10 days before I called and was told "they are dealing with emergencies(?), so will not send it by email". I really hope that one of the GP's in this place is reading this and will act accordingly. It's such a degree of bullying that by now I avoid contacting them, despite a need for medical advice. I wonder if they treat locals the same, or is it especially for people with a distinct foreign name who speak with an accent. What a way to save on NHS treatment from us foreigners, ah?
