The worst surgery ever! Total lack of care as I sustained a knee injury about 4 weeks ago and after being referred by 111 to my gp I was told I could only get a telephone consultation for 2 weeks time??? Still using COVID as the reasons as to why they cannot see any patients but after being referred I should have been seen within a reasonable time frame. When the day came for the telephone consultation I didnt receive any call from my GP and was told it was a problem with my phone and that I wouldnt have any missed calls? After having no proof or any phone calls that day I was then told I wouldnt have a call until the following week. When I confronted the receptionist Jackie she gave me a pile of abuse and then proceeded to hang up the call on me. This result in me having to visit out of hours and I have actually tore my ligament. Due to the lack of care at this practice and the treatment from Jackie behind reception I will be taking this matter further.

Im in a wheelchair and theres no way a wheelchair can fit in the doors and sometimes I cant even get through 4 about 10 minutes

As many times as I needed an appointment I couldnt get it, so the only option was to change the surgery. Receptionist is very rude also. Wouldnt recommend.

Worst gp in all UK and might be in the world. Actually they are do nothing. No available appointment at anytime no even call answering, nothing!!!! They are just sitting there and take salary Amaaaaazing!!!!!

Horrible service. My partner phoned at half 8 to arrange a phone appointment for our one year old daughter only to be on hold for ten minutes only to be hung up on. When she phoned back right away only to wait another five minutes only for a woman to awnser and tell my partner that she should have phoned at half 8 as there are no more appointments left for the day. When my partner explained the situation she woman was very rude and denied anyone hangining up and told her they could not help my daughter today and to phone again tomorrow at half 8. I had issues with them before myself when they canceled an appointment i turned up for telling me that whoever gave me the appointment shouldn't have as they are don't do face to face appointments due to covid 19. We can fit hundreds of people in to stadiums for concerts however can't have two people in a room at one time apparently. This using covid as an excuse to not help patients is getting ridiculous. Horrible service and horrible rude staff. I would suggest that anyone avoid this medical center if possible however I'm sure the rude receptionist would like thats it's less work for her lazy backside to do on a daily basis.
