One star is being generous! The usual bad practice at wallacewell medical Centre has now got to a point of negligence. If your deemed worthy by a "patient care adviser" you'll get a phone appointment. 9 times out of 10 it will be the receptionist (patient care adviser) that calls you back not the doctor. However don't expect them to call you on the day they said the doctor would call. The practice manager does not take complaints seriously. In my experience information passed on to them is treated as a burden and dismissed as though its not their job to deal with complaints. The way I've been spoken to is disgraceful. Today's attempts to have my son seen have been the usual nightmare. He's been unable to breath going on three months+ due to a throat infection had a phone appointment for the 16th March but he cant wait any longer. After attempting to call the surgery over 50 times we presented at reception to be told because of people like you turning up we can't answer the phones. The lack of patient care is unbelievable.

Absolute joke receptionist was rude hung up on me had to Put a complaint in to get an appointment I don't go to the doctors at all had really sore stomach wouldn't want to rely on this lot if you we're really sick
