If you're looking to learn about gin, then definitely consider Crossbill Distilling! It's a great representation of a Scottish local gin distillery using only locally sourced ingredients. Andrew was an amazing guide and was very chuffed to learn new facts and also go home with a bottle of gin that we created ourselves!

Our second visit to Crossbill and can thoroughly recommend regular visits as gins offered for tasting change Andrew is a superb his , extremely informative,funny and friendly We will definitely return as excellent value and there's a discount in the shop too !

What an amazing experience doing the distilling class. I heartily recommend this to anyone. The cost covers a full three hours of gin and tonic, insight, gin, chat, gin, distilling gin, lovely snacks, more great learning and perhaps some more gin. Did I mention the gin. You get to take home your own 500ml of your own gin. A truly excellent experience and well worth it.
