        The positive - the process for obtaining a passport photo is great. You get a code to enter into the Passport Agency website, which is wonderfully convenient. The negative - when I started my passport application, I realised that one side of my shirt collar was sticking up. The photographer should have noticed this (as indeed should I when asked to look at the photo), but he is supposed to be the professional. No refund when I returned.
