Red velvet cake hard and stale, waffle took about half an hour to make, place is dirty and service struggling to communicate simple questions and answers. Should really be going back with this red velvet cake for a refund but just going to go let it go and never step foot in place again. Shocking don't go

One of the worst places Ive ever ordered from. Watered down slush that tasted disgusting . Cold sticky toffee pudding clearly just put in a microwave and cookie dough that was stuck to bottom of box. Says both deserts come with ice cream however neither of them did. Took an hour and a half to come for all items to be disappointing.

Do not waste your money on this shop. My order has arrived one hour late though I live quite in nearby and half of the order was missing and rediculously as I called the shop no one picked up the phone. I feel like guys in this shop are intentionally cheating or maybe they are selling the business cause a normal business would not dare to do thatit is too much fcked up to be real

0 stars if I could. What an absolutely diabolical rip off. I ordered literally 3 items and every single one of them had something wrong. Ferrero waffle was meant to come with ferrero icecream, come with vanilla. The waffle also tasted sour & four half ferreros on the top for 7! There was red velvet cookie dough that just ended up being red velvet cake and that tiny slice of cake cost 6.50. Lastly an ultimate scoop. They managed to get one out of four flavours and one out of two toppings correct. I understand it was late that it was ordered, but if you dont have the stuff to make somebodies order correct, cancel the order and dont rob somebody just to make a quick penny. Youd be screwed if you had an allergy, theyd probably just give you what youre allergic too. Nearly 24 to get not even a quarter of what I ordered. Oh, and dont bother ringing them. They dont answer.
