        Horrible customer service. Sold me a faulty 1000 pc and when I returned it hoping for a raplacement in the condition it was sold to me they gave me the number for the wrong manufacturer support. The employee that I was dealing with needs to brush her hair and straighten her face.

        Fantastic customer service. Purchased a faulty laptop by Acer (Acer Aspire 3 17.3in i3 8GB 1TB Laptop - Silver) which was not resolved by Acers UK repair centre. Offered an exchange straight away and now have an excellent Lenovo laptop. 5*
