Turned away despite being in desperate need of medical help. Tried to explain that Im disabled and my mobility is seriously compromised and have a phobia about dentists after a horrible experience at the Dental Hospital. The reply from the receptionist was to give me The Dental Hospitals phone number. Thanks for nothing Green Apple.

I'm normally a very anxious patient but Samira is amazing. Puts me at ease and carries out any treatment quickly and painless. I almost fell asleep during root treatment all the staff are super friendly too.

Failure to meet appointments (mockery of patients appointments): I booked an appointment with Doctor Ahmed Ramahi two weeks ago and when the day came for my appointment they told me that you must change the appointment because the doctor is going to London and the next appointment will be next 2 weeks (this is really a farce)
