Disgraceful, unprofessional treatment by this business. Half way through treatment programme, having left the surgery being informed that they would contact me to arrange an appointment to finish the treatment, I eventually called, after waiting to hear for over two weeks, to check when this would be. I was informed that the surgery was now permanently closed! Nobody from the business has attempted to contact me and will not return my calls. Shocking.

I never do negative reviews, but the service at this practice has been abysmal. I have tried to get appointments for well over a year now, and heard nothing. Now, having gone to an emergency appointment at another practice that mydentist crow road said they wouldn't offer me, I now need root canal surgery over an issue that could've been easily resolved had I been able to get the checkups I needed. Ever since Colin Burns left the practice it has gone rapidly downhill. A shame for what was used to be an exemplary service.

My partner recently visited MyDentist Implant Centre initially for a second opinion on some treatment that she had been advised to have. After our initial consultation we were provided with an extensive treatment plan. Dr Abdul was very thorough and methodical in his approach. We found his team very professional and provided an outstanding service. Highly recommend this clinic!
