Very poor and rude service. Been knocking on Door which was closed on arrival. When finally answered advised its 10 minutes after appointment and told to reschedule next day as they are extremely busy. No thanks

I have visited this dental office several times. The way they behave, visit and fix their teeth is excellent and I am very satisfied and I suggest others to trust this dentist and leave the work of their teeth to them. Seyed Hosseini

Had a really good experience here this week..I am a nervous patient but everyone was so nice ..The dentist Lisa gave me a filling and extracted a tooth and I never thought I would say this but it was pain free,and she was so kind and talked me through everything .. ...Best experience of an extraction ...Had the same tooth on the other side out last year in hospital and it was so painful .....This is s great dental practice best I've ever used .....

Recently had new dentures made was very disappointed in them badly fitted looked cheap have contacted practice manager has not returned my call know they are nhs by don't think that's an excuse

Not even worthy of one star. They have gone against the NHS duty of care by using the pandemic as an excuse to refuse to offer check ups to children. My daughters haven't had a check up for a year and a half now as I didn't know that other practices were still offering them. I have changed dentist and hoping that no harm has been done to my daughters by not having seen a dentist for so long, particularly when there has been so much going on in my 8 year old's mouth with the transition from baby teeth to adult teeth. The dentist was very rude to me on the phone and accused me of shouting at the receptionist when actually I politely tried to ask for appointments for the girls then he implied that it was my fault that the girls hadn't been seen as apparently I hadn't called enough. Every time I had called I was told that they were only doing emergency treatment and received many emails saying the same. They are using the pandemic to cover up the fact that they don't have enough dentist- the receptionist told me that check ups wouldn't be available until they had hired another dentist and she didn't know when that would be. I called up another dental practice and booked check ups without any issues- no need to waste my time and the dentist's time with a triage phone call as My Dentist are doing.
