I went for a tooth extraction, although they were unable to get it out. I was in pain and I spoke to a receptionist that I was in pain and feel very sick as i couldnt get out of bed. She said she will speak to the dentist and get back to me. I waited till noon since they didn't get back as promised.I called and I spoke to one Rahad, who was unemphathetic and highly unprofessional. Some of the ladies are lovely and make you feel comfortable when you go there. But this particular Rahad should be given more training on how to attend to patient.

Brilliant wee place, the Dentist always makes you feel comfortable and talks you through all the stages of what is going on, they really do show that they genuinely care about your overall oral hygiene as does the wee Receptionist and all the other staff, thank you to everyone who took care of me and gave me my smile back, I am over the moon. Many thanks

Went to this dentist to get a broken tooth out one of my big ones at the back. They left me in absoloute agony then the receptionists got cheeky with me when I knew I had an infection and they told me too busy and no longer do the emergency appointments. I asked could they not just write me a prescription for my antibiotics as I knew and my family could very clearly tell I had a bad infection. Oh and low and behold I did have a bad infection! They realised how in the wrong they were and told me the dentist would come in out her way just to see me asif I'm such an inconvenience. The dentist then put gauze in my gum which kept falling out right in front of her. Couple weeks later I'm still in agony and whilst the gum is trying to heal I've now found a huge chunk of tooth embedded in my gum. No wonder I'm still in agony!!! BUTCHERS! I WILL BE SENDING A FORMAL COMPLAINT!!
