Avoid!!! Got an aching cavity whilst pregnant and when I finally got an appointment after constant cancelling and booked me on a bank holiday the dentist kept arguing with me after I said I brush my teeth twice a day saying I was lying and he was so rude. He said he had to extract 2 teeth, I didnt think that was the case so I went to another dentist and told him what he said and he was shocked as they were front teeth and I just needed a root canal and the other tooth was fine didnt need extracted. So thankful i caught on before I lost my teeth. Very lazy and ignorant.

Ive been with this dentist most of my life and always had a pleasant experience until recently. I had a retainer that snapped, booked an appointment to get impressions for a new one but no one knew what to do so they sent me away and told me someone would get back to me. They never did get back to me and I chased every week for 8 weeks, 3 months passed which then took me outside the warranty period and I was charged 150 for a new one despite it being their fault I had to wait so long. My dad has recently been in 4 times with toothache, they phoned on the day to cancel on 2 occasions and tried to arrange the appointment for over a week later despite him being in agony. He got an appointment which they knew was to take a tooth out but didnt book enough time to allow for this so had to turn him away at his appointment and reschedule for a longer appointment. Overall really poor service.

Had a great experience at Fresh. They staff were fabulous and took care of me every step of the way. Highly recommend going to Fresh.
