Shocking customer service. Going by the disgusting way I was spoken to by one of their members of staff, I would never want to deal with this company. One of their lorries was parked up, completely blocking the pavement and a public right of way. I politely asked the driver to move so I could get by with my pram. He told me that the van had broken down so he couldnt move. I thought, well fair enough he cant move so struggled by with the pram. As I walked off he then moved the lorry! I was understandably annoyed so called the company to complain. The person I spoke to proceeded to lied to me (or either believed a lie that the driver told them) and said that the driver had told me he was on a break. This is absolutely not what he said to me. I would suggest that this company think very carefully about how their staff speak to members of the public and also (when drivers are actually taking a break) that drivers take breaks in places that dont completely block pavements.
