Sorry but a paper bag has more personality than some of the staff, one staff member took her break sat next to me and had videos on her phone with people shouting and kids screaming up full blast while the radio was also up rather loud, food was good, if you want a quiet cuppa avoid this place

Would not recommend. Poor service and overpriced. Although you pay 30pp more for most items to sit it, the door was open in a cold snowy day and inside was freezing as well, so what's the difference? The service was pretty poor. I ordered a late with gingerbread syrup, however, the syrup made the coffee taste really bad. It tasted a bit mouldy. What I found ridiculous is that when I took the coffee to the counter and told them about it, two ladies reassured me that the syrup was new, and that the coffee was actually fine without offering to make a new one or any other solution at all.
