What a disgrace. Good luck if you need to withdraw funds. You'll get them at some point. Just not when you need them. And advice given is dependant on who takes your call. Was told I could withdraw some of my savings while I had a loan ongoing only to be told NAH you can't. Run by incompetents

Painfully slow process. Communication by text, email and member area inbox, all by different people. Emails lost/not read. Questions unanswered. Direct debit forms lost. Once its set up its great but wow what a faff on.

Sure they offer a great service but the registration process was unnecessarily difficult - asked me to send in a direct debit form and twice it got lost over the space of a few months. Once in the post box and another time in the post office 1st class. Doubtful the royal mail lost it twice. Never offered any other option such as digital

I have been a member for some years. 1st class lives up its name and provides a prompt professional service to its members for its range of savings and loan products. Its rates are reasonable. It is fully regulated and covered by the FSCS so your savings are safe. It is also founded on mutuality which means the benefits come back to members.
