        Loyal customer for 13 years and they say there there if you need them but thats not the case first time Ive been unemployed so struggling as starting my own business and need 500 was rejected after 13 years of loyalty and when needed most whats the point in a credit union if it cant help when at your lowest

        Used the account to help build up funds to pay debt off. They said I withdrew too often (to pay the debts) so reduced the amount I could save to 5 a month .
