        Po late opening, didn't open till 8min past, went to use the credit union, the girl on, didn't have a good manner at all, nicola, she said we don't open till 10am thought this was strange, then her friend showed, they had a gossip in the back,, they de sided to serve me, thought this was rud,

        Been with pollok credit union for years all the staff past and present are brilliant always been very helpful and friendly I'd be lost without them.

        Service is disgraceful. It takes them about a week to process any requests such as transfering funds from your shares to your bank. Not the best.
