DHL Parcel UK Glasgow

What can I say.......friendliest young person at reception, great help and smiled and laughed at the stupidity of her fellow workers. I was up to pick up a radiator.....An she comes out with a Dunelm package ...eh no! Away she goes again and out with the right order. Apologised for inconvenience and wished me lovely weekend. An she was til 8pm Anyhoo, no complaints for DHL.

Hopeless. Went to 4 dhl parcel pick up points. All said they didnt take my parcel. I went to one depot that didnt exist anymore . Then I went to one that didnt take the parcel I was sending and pointed me in the direction of one who did. They took my parcel but refused point blank to give me a receipt . This was after they took my parcel apart with return label . They allowed me to take a picture. Ridiculous.

Told 4 times a parcel would be delivered resulting in me taking days off work only to find they had lost the parcel after being at there depot for over an hour then once the shop resent a replacement parcel it was another 2 failed deliveries before I finally got the parcel honestly would of been cheaper to drive to England to pick the parcel personally as I lost 6 days work

Arranged to collect parcel from depot after waiting in for 3 days for parcel which failed to be delivered. Travelled 20 miles to depot to find the depot closed when it should have been open. Rearranged to have delivered to my house following working day. Waited another 10 days still nothing. Then cancelled my order with sender so the parcel should have been returned to sender but it then showed up at my house. Now waiting for it to collected and returned to sender. Been waiting over a week for collection.
