I went to the store today, I have had my eye on a specific lipstick from that store but have never had a chance to swatch it. The store was empty, the employee didnt approach me and it had been 3/4 mins so I decided to approach her instead. I asked if I could try on this lipstick she said no. I asked her about a peachy concealer or colour corrector for my extremely dark under eyes, I asked if I could get a colour match she said no. Ill need to book in for a colour match. Book in? It would have took literally 6 minutes if that to try on two types of peach corrector under my eyes ( my mask would have still be on) I was the only customer there. I would have done it myself if she was busy cleaning her brushes (stood cleaning brushes the whole time speaking to me) I have worked on cosmetic counters myself for 6+ years and I cant believe how unhelpful this girl was. She clearly did not want a sale. I walked out. Shocked at the level of customer service. I wont be back, and will find a corrector else where from a different brand.

I cant rate my experience as the store is never open! First trip I checked Google which says it closes at 9pm, was fully closed when I arrived at 5.50pm. To avoid same situation again, I called the phone line which said closes at 9pm - when I leave work early to go to the store at 5.30pm its closed and locked up. No opening hours on the door or anything.
