we did invisalign braces here for about 1 year and paid 2500 but in the end there was absolutely no difference. when we asked the doctor about the need to have the tooth extracted, the doctor told us that there is no need to extract the tooth and he can't have our tooth extracted here, either. we went to another dentist and the doctors here confirmed that we needed to have a tooth extracted for our treatment and they contacted the old dentist to make an appointment to have the tooth extracted. we had an appointment at 10:15' for tooth extraction. but they didn't tell us at all which dentist was needed for the extraction. we called ( at 10:10' ) to say we were on our way and maybe 10-15 min late but the lady on the phone said " NO " and she said pay 25 if you are late.when we arrived (10:30' ) and talked to her and also the manager ( Audrey March ) she still said " NO " and asked us to pay 25 if we wanted another appointment. we tried to explain to her but she still didn't want to give us a chance and just wanted to take our money. She showed us the Late Appointment Policy and I've seen it say 30' -60' late is 25 charge. I told her we were only about 15' -20' late and we called her 5 minutes before our appointment. but she still said NO and started shouting at us. She didn't want to give us a chance and asked us to leave. i think she is racist to us because we are asian. a manager with a customer service is terrible and horrible. just wanted to tell everyone not to waste money on this dental clinic.

My partner Called for an emergency appointment on a Saturday night around 2330. He was seen within 1 hour. He was given the option of route treatment or extraction and decided to go with extraction of 1 tooth. This was done in around 10minutes. The team were fantastic and very helpful. Cant recommend this practice highly enough. Great work! Thank you.

The whole staff , Dentist, dental nurse, receptionist and hygienist, are fabulous. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and We can not thank them enough for looking after our teeth. De BEST
