On the way to an appointment there was a car accident in front of us. As we were going to be around five, possibly ten minutes late, I phoned and told the practice. "Oh that's not a problem at all, we'll see you whenever you get here, thanks for letting us know." When we arrived, exactly twelve minutes late, "But you're late, you're appointment's gone now!!" I accept we were late. Had the reception staff told us when we phoned that we would be too late, I would happily have rearranged the appointment. Totally unsympathetic and based on this terrible 'customer service' I would never recommend this practice.

I attended Glasgow Smile Gallery for tooth whitening. I am very anxious about dental treatment but Dr Bruce and his staff were extremely welcoming, kind and reassuring. I am delighted with the results. I have since had botox treatment from Dr Bruce, the results are the best I have had. He is a perfectionist and extremely honest. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Glasgow smile gallery came highly recommended and I wish I would have joined the practice sooner! Dr Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His assistant Chloe is so lovely and always puts me ease and is so accommodating when it comes to booking further appointments. The practice its self is immaculate and stylish. I actually look forward to my next visit and always think what else could I have done!

The best experience ever. I have been going here for many years and the service is faultless. Andrew and his team are second to non. Did my veneers and I couldnt be happier. Do yourself a favour and book with this team. First class. Thanks guys x
