        I ordered whisky online and submitted my order, I then decided to add to my order, which would have meant double delivery charges. I then rang Glenkeir whiskies, and spoke to a lady name Lynne, and she advised me that nothing could be done regarding adding to my first order, but if I then submitted my second order she would arrange for my second lot of delivery charges to be refunded. I thought this was an excellent example of how Customer services should react to genuine mistakes, most grateful to her, and for the whiskeria magazine that was enclosed.

        Excellent customer service on this web shop. Nice and friendly woman (Lynn) in phone. Thank you very much for your help. Got one bottle slightly leaking after transport. They sent me a replacement one instantly.
