        Staff are very friendly. Great service, great store. The man that usually wears a cap with the beard at the til has always been very friendly and cooperative. Always smiling with service.

        The customer service is absolutely poor. The sales assistant (an older male) prefers to spend his time taking personal phone calls rather than serve customers. Avoid at all costs.

        Many thanks for your delivery within 30 minutes to my elderly parents, most roads blocked by snow and you still delivered. Very grateful as I am snowed in at Cumbernauld.
