        Lucy the stores general floor manager has got to have the WORST customer service skills Iv ever seen , wanted to place a complaint and she didnt even want to listen just asked me to leave the store:) all I asked was the name of the security guard who took my dads photo on his personal mobile (a breach of data protection) as the security are not aloud to take photos on their own devices :) the security man on the door was lovely and tried to be helpful but Im this case the general manager was nothing but rude, my dad has been in the security industry for 17+ years and knows the rules you should maybe teach your own security the rules and regulations, for such a big branch your team are not trained very well and I would be embarrassed having someone like that as the general manager
