        Like the other poster said, awful customer service. There's a Sainsbury's a stone throw away. Just go there instead and avoid this place

        This shop is like a morgue the staff and manager are standoffish very unfriendly it needs a complete overhaul. I am a Mount Florida resident and each time I go there to buy lottery or small snacks I am greeted with blank glum stares as if I did something wrong to them. I am polite and courteous but feel when I leave shop I feel why did I bother. also the shop has a heavy depressing aura as if some tragedy befell the place. I grudge giving this place even one star but I have to post my opinion. Regardss Anthony Mannion
