Friendly owners, normally staffed by the owner or his wife
If they don't have what you want they will get it for you.
A bit of tolerance for a weird sense of organisation is maybe necessary where the display shelves are concerned but in spite of the apparently disorganised display if you can't find what you're looking for they will get it for you.
