        The store was closed during its opening hours and it was surrounded by barriers. It would have been great to reflect that in your opening times in here instead of me walking all the way to be disappointed.

        I shop here regularly and whenever I ask staff for help theyre almost always apathetic and unhelpful. I even asked for a book and instead of looking it up and making an effort she just sounded disinterested like she was trying to shake me off until I showed her a photo of the cover. Turns out it was on display as one of their biggest recent releases The range is fine, but not great, and dont bother buying the sweets theyre better prices and more in date at OneBelow next door.
