        Young manager was an absolute waster, sat in the back while I was trying to contact the shop about a snappy shopper issue, answered after the 4th call to then tell me the computer was down so he wasnt aware. Then proceeded to tell me someone would deliver it within 20 mins with no apology. AN HOUR LATER I had to walk 35 mins to the shop after the rodent AGAIN did not answer the shop phone to find him sitting in the back (which was confirmed by a female employee and how he spends half his time). Order was not even prepared and got nothing but attitude. Not one apology. And not any consideration to the point he was laughing in my face. Hes as good as a pair of chocolate sunglasses.
