My experience with marks and Spencer was very poor. Me and my friend waited over 5 minutes at the self checkout area, waiting for the only available cash checkout. The worker rudely pointed for us to stand in the queue for the mand checkout which was queued with over six people and we were only buying two small items. We strongly disagree with only one working cash selfcheckout. And when we got to use it, it only took us under a minute. Waiting that long to use a machine that quickly is disgusting and an absolute joke. M&S should be rethinking this desicion on having so little cash accepting checkouts.

Used the food hall and the currency exchange. Exchange was really easy with good rates and a very pleasant young woman serving. Food hall was quite good, black cherries were tasteless and the young guy on the trolley duties dishing out sarcastic comments.

Glasgow Fort! Flag ship store! No seats around or in changing area for people who cant stand whilst family trying on clothes not good enough!
