First off she told me I was at the wrong shop. I showed her the picture below and she said that Hermes dont deliver to this store and I have come to the wrong shop. I explained Hermes have just changed their name and that I have a picture of this shop sent from the courier who delivered it to her. She ignored the photo that showed her shop and asked for the address of the shop I was trying to get to. I thought she was having a wind up. Again I showed her the picture and showed her the address on my phone. She then realises Im at the right shop and not leaving until I have my parcel. She asked if I was in a hurry as there was a line building behind me. The line was only building due her incompetence! She looked for my parcel. I pointed it out to her. She then refused to give it to me without a barcode. I explained I had not been sent one. This went back and forwards for a few minutes until she finally scanned my package and hey presto I got a text, showed it to her and she gave me the parcel. I would never get a parcel delivered to here again. She was so rude and treated me like I was an idiot.
