Weve been using Graham at GFW Quality Management for a number of years to help with the documentation of our policies, strategies, business processes and operational procedures. We are absolutely delighted with the work Graham completed for our cleaning company. We were working towards gaining some accreditations for our business, and without Graham it would never have been possible. Graham produced over 30 in-depth, professional documents for us which included policies, procedures, matrix's, RAMS, QM system and much more.
