Apparently they simultaneously didn't repair a service lift for M&S for 4 months, while hiking up the prices. I will now have to go up to Princes Street for M&S food. Gee thanks, Ambassador Group! At least wait until the new builds are occupied before putting the prices up.

I wish I could give this disgrace of a company less than 1 star rating. DO NOT buy a house from them. 8 months of delay on building no compensation no apology. Even though its apparently near compeletion they cannot give us an exact date to finalise leaving us in complete limbo no consideration of adequate communication to allow us to plan our move in with flooring companies and moving vans etc. Complete disregard for their customers poor communication skills. Had made our first house purchase a living nightmare.

I own a property on the Larbert development and have had nothing but problems from day one from getting my keys from the on-site forklift driver to being verbally abused by the site manager who was speaking to the company painter at the time who had his phone on loud speaker. We have had a problem with subsiding at the rear of property from when we bought house in 2017 and my youngest child almost fell down hole that it left under fence and when we reported this I was asked why my child was any where nesrvthe fenced as it wasn't any where near his garden. I have had a problem with the locks on the bi-fold doors for overv 6 months now and is becoming a security issue and have not heard anything since initial survey and have emailed and called a few times since. I have even had the site manager say they will do certain jobs If i agree to forget about other jobs. I feel as soon as the development was finished they didn't care anymore as they wanted to concentrate on new ongoing sites in other areas.
