Your bathroom ceiling needs to come down is not a sentence anyone wants to hear but if this (or any similar domestic catastrophe) does happen to you I can honestly say that getting in touch with West End Builders is a move you wont regret. At every stage of the process over the past week, Neil Jordan and his great team turned a hideous prospect (after our bathroom was flooded from the flat above) into a smoothly organised project with excellent communication and a lovely outcome at a good price. West End Builders are efficient and highly professional, but they are also considerate and reassuring, with as much care taken over the clean-up (brilliant) as in the high quality execution of the building work. Neil laid a floor for me. Despite the challenges presented by the layout of the room and the quality of the material, he carried out the work without any complaint or comment. I found him to be conscientious in his approach to the job, which was completed to a superb standard. I am highly delighted with the finish, and cannot recommend Neil highly enough. I have further work planned for the near future, and I am glad to know that I have a reliable tradesman to call upon. As a footnote: Neil is 'old school' in his approach to his work... that is, he clears up after he is finished. Definitely no mess for you to clear up.
