Of all repairs shops in Glasgow I chose to take my mum's phone to them because of the great reviews on Google. I stay in the other side of Glasgow but thought it'd be worthy. My first impression was great, the phone had been liquid damaged. I took it there, they've gave me a quote for a new screen and I accept it. Went to collect the phone which was apparently working. Side note: mum's visiting so she had her non UK SIM card in. I didn't think of trying to put a SIM card when I was there to test it, I simply trusted it had been fully tested. However, 2 days later when I put a O2 SIM card on, it wouldn't work. I tried putting my own SIM, nothing. Phoned then, message them on Facebook and by text, nothing, no answer. All to see here that they're temporarily closed. The young guy that I dealt when I was there said they couldn't give me a receipt because their system was out. I have no proof of repair, payment (had to be in cash), and my mum is going back soon with her useless phone. Now, I'd at least expect them to answer my texts to confirm they're out of business so I know I have lost my money for good and take her phone elsewhere. Really frustrated to leave a review like this for an independent shop with great reviews, but that was my experience.
