Creative Computing are always a treat to deal with, a fantastic team. Henrys Honda, Skoda & Suzuki have been doing business together with Craig, Dave, William, the list goes on, for years and they are the best, well worth giving them a try. They have upgraded most, if not all of our computers, Big Thanks guys!

I find the staff at Creative Computing very knowledgable and they have fixed several of my electronic devices. However, the only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because of an experience I had with a swollen battery in my laptop. They replaced it, but handed the swollen battery back to me to. They stated that they don't dispose of it. I found this a bit odd. Went to the recycling centre in my area and asked the staff where I should put it. He immediately took it off of me, saying that a battery like that is very dangerous and it could explode... I feel like this is inappropriate to leave as a customer's responsibility, especially since they didn't tell me the dangers of it.

So good. This is the place to go for any computer issue. I once read an article long ago by some ace journalist who had basically mystery-shopped a bunch of Glasgow computer shops. They took the same laptop into loads of different pc repair shops including PC World etc, anyway, they basically got scammed everywhere apart from Creative Computing! Every other place tried to charge them and/or took their laptop away for weeks to "diagnose" the problem. I can't remember what the fault was but the journalist took the same laptop with the same fault to each shop and it was something incredibly basic. When they took it into Creative Computing they fixed it immediately, and showed them how to fix it themselves if it happened again with no charge! Unfortunately, none of the problems I've had have ever been that easy to fix, but Creative Computing have always been extremely quick and effective when fixing issues and particularly helpful on the phone as well. I trust them so much I bought one of their own pcs (built in-house) and its still going strong after almost ten years now! Huge recommendations from me on this one.
