        U never told me you would run any diagnostics on my laptop. All u said was you would flash the bios and that on its own is 70 pounds. Which I agreed to, you then want to increase the price again. And u don't even want to give me my own laptop back because I'm not paying you for the diagnostics I didn't ask for ????. Make it make sense. Your good at inflating your prices ill give you that. All of that and you haven't evem fixed my laptop yet. I never restated it after it crashed all I did was turn the power off.

        Laptop screen fixed after being used by a 5yo. Screen replaced and now back to normal. Quick service as needed it for work. HIGHLY recommend.
