West End PC Repair

Good computer repair business based near Charing Cross. I looked through Google reviews, and it was rated highly - so I decided to take my computer here for repair. The case needed dusted out and cleaned up inside, there was a resetting issue (computer turning off under strain) which turned out to be no big deal. The components were cleaned and reconnected, the issue resolved itself. My computer is invaluable for the work I do, and also gets used heavily for music production and gaming, so with that in mind I needed a fairly quick turn around and a reliable service. I'm pleased to say West End PC Repair offered both. My only slight gripe is that I had brought my PC case in using two large, heavy duty bags. Unfortunately the first bag went missing, so the case was uncovered at the top and it was raining outside. The PC would have gotten water damaged, but fortunately I brought a friend along to help with lifting the unit and he was able to sort out a spare bag for me to cover it when walking back to the car. A second gripe would be that no receipt of services rendered was offered, this would have been nice just as a formal record of the work done. Overall happy with the service however, friendly staff and the repair was completed to a good standard with updates provided along the way via text and call. Can't fault the communication throughout the process. Happy with pricing, have nothing else to compare it against - but I would imagine it's probably the going rate and all the parts did need removed/placed back, which is clearly time consuming. Would come back here for future computer issues. - Chris :)

Best PC repair place I have been to so far! I have quite an unconventional type of notebook, which means - hard to replace parts. Usually, when I needed to replace something in the past, it took literally weeks! This morning I woke up with a damaged screen and went into the shop with a fear that I won't be able to use my notebook for several days at least. But Irfan made some calls, found the closest screen to mine, went to buy it, and I was out with new screen in less than 45 minutes! Honestly don't know what more to say, except that the next time I have a technical problem I am not going anywhere else.

They are always really helpful and honest about anything that's wrong, how much it would cost to fix it and how much time it would take, not even charging money for simple inspections or anything like that. Have been there 3 times and all have been superb!
