        Paula is professional, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Ive known her for a number of years now and She fixes whatever IT issue I have very quickly -I cant recommend her highly enough. Shes friendly, easy to reach and knows exactly what to do to fix whatever online issue I might be having. 5 stars every time!

        Paula has assisted us with our IT after she was recommended to us at a networking event. We had an ongoing problem which she managed to identify and rectify. This was carried out with minimal input from ourselves but we were informed of progress at all stages. The problems and solutions were explained in language I could understand but without patronising me and overall I have been very satisfied with the personal service from Paula and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
