        Absolutely horrific , Called the surgery at 9 about 8 times but each time the phone would be busy so went in and the lady asks me if Iv phoned in and I tell her I have and she tells me to phone again because her main priority is answering phone calls her well knowing I have been standing in a queue waiting to speak to her while other patients did when they came in she wasnt very welcoming at all and while I was telling her my problem she paid no attention what so ever and just told me the doctor would phone Her names Sam .
