        Appointment for blood test today at 9am nurse not arrive to work well I remember 3 years ago I been late 3 min for blood test nurse not give me excuse this time please see how work system appointment on this place never ever better change gp

        I am writing this review as I am not happy by the way my mum was spoken to by one of the receptionists at the surgery. I work in the NHS and would never talk to anyone the way my mum was spoken to, I just think it is appalling as my mum is in her 80`s and feel she should be given more respect than she got, I know everyone is under pressure at the moment but still doesnt give anyone the excuse to be abrupt to an elderly person.
