3% May seem nothing but its the principle that you have to ask them to take it off! Whos going to do that! Its embarrassing. Add 3% on to their salaries!
The lack of speed is ridiculous! Over 10 minutes waiting on a takeaway coffee?! Seriously! I hardly go in these days cause I dont have that time to wait!

Now it's OK at best.
The customer service is barely there. Four people behind the counter chatting and having little regard to the people waiting to order.
