        This is the second time I've been to this branch of Starbucks and not been given a full cup. I asked for a tall caramel machiato and the cup was only filled part way with is really annoying. Service is lacking too. I was standing waiting with no other customers in front of me. One of the baristas was refilling pastries and another was standing looking about while I waited to be served. A manager (I assume) had to ask one of the baristas to take my order. This is not the type of service I expect from Starbucks.

        This place is the only one il order from because everything I do order I get positive lil quotes on my bag. Always makes me smile. Never change!!! You do amazing Starbucks staff

        The staff were good other than this short girl with brown hair and glasses who was unbelievably rude to me and my friends who came to sit down and seek shelter from the harsh weather. She made us feel very unwelcome and when we still continued to smile at her she gave us very dirty looks. Im sure shes a nice person although we will not be coming back due to her service at this time
