Been a customer for 3 years now and can not get anyone to come and fix coffee machine now that it's broken. Seems as all staff are leaving company. Have been told engineers will show up and they never do.

Have not sent me the product I ordered despite taking payment for it.. Has not issued my refund like they said they would. Not replying to emails the only one that did reply no longer exists after I questioned where my refund is.
