        The reason customers don't get their product is that this company makes delivery drivers wait from Thursday lunch time until Friday 8.30 to unload even when we're booked in Thursday no wonder this country s I the sate it's in I'm an owner driver and now lost my reload because they said they had no room by yet Friday morning left the load outside on the floor hope this company goes under

        Been a customer for 3 years now and can not get anyone to come and fix coffee machine now that it's broken. Seems as all staff are leaving company. Have been told engineers will show up and they never do.

        Have not sent me the product I ordered despite taking payment for it.. Has not issued my refund like they said they would. Not replying to emails the only one that did reply no longer exists after I questioned where my refund is.
